Here at Perry Glen we are dedicated to the breed in its truest form. We believe strongly that form must follow function but above all else sound health and temperament are the most important requirements when breeding.

Our pointers are bred form the best lines we could acquire and possess the classic look and working abilities of the old english lines. Many of our show champions are also successful in the field as gun dogs. We test and breed for these attributes in our breeding program resulting in correctness of type and structure coupled together with the drive and determination of a classic gun dog.

When breeding a litter we consider all aspects of the pointer while always putting the health and temperament of the planned litter first and foremost.

All our breeding dogs are health inspected and champions of merit and must possess the correct type and form needed to better the breed before they will be considered for breeding.

Every Perry Glen litter is veterinarian inspected before it is allowed to leave our kennel and fully guaranteed. We want to ensure that your Perry Glen puppy will be the best possible addition to your family.
